Adoption - Including the Whole Family

When I was reading the April issue of the Ensign I was excited to see there was an article about adoption.
This article is written by a young lady's experience of waiting to be a big sister.
There are ideas of how to include siblings in the adoption process
and how to make them feel like they are involved in the changes of the family when
an adoption occurs.
Since we have 2 children older than the little guy we adopted I found this article
interesting, so I thought I would share it with all of you.
